During sale periods, our small team gets extra busy, so orders may take a little longer to dispatch. Express shipping also takes a break during these times.
We ship your goodies through AusPost or StarTrack based on where you want your package to go. All orders have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into it straight away.

International Shipping is sent Express and charged at the estimated cost price. The cost of shipping depends on how heavy your final order is. To find out your shipping costs, add the items you wish to purchase into your cart and proceed to the checkout. Here you have the option to enter in the country and area code for which the order should be shipped to. Once this information has been entered, you will receive a shipping quote.
