Can I change the products I receive in my Mystery Box after delivery?

Unfortunately, Mystery Box products cannot be changed or refunded.

Is there a limit on how many Mystery Boxes I can purchase?

There is no quantity limit on how many Mystery Boxes you can purchase in one or multiple orders. There is a limited release however, so get in quick! The Mystery Box makes for a perfect gift for yourself, or why not do some early Christmas shopping (yep, we said it!) for your loved ones, so you can milk the savings.

All orders are dispatched from MooGoo HQ within 5 business days of receiving payment. This may be longer during sale periods.

Standard Shipping – Excluding international shipments

Orders under $50 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $9.90 standard flat-rate shipping charge.

Orders over $50 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping – Excluding international shipments

Orders under $50 (based on cart subtotal) will incur an $14.90 flat-rate express shipping charge.

Orders between $50-150 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $5.00 flat rate express shipping charge.

Orders over $150 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free express shipping.

Returns

MooGoo has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you’re not satisfied with any product(s) you purchased from our website, we’ll happily organise a refund or exchange. Requests for returns and exchanges should be made within 60 days of the original order date and the product(s) must be substantially unused.
