What are the Terms & Conditions?

Discount is valid on the Moo Friday Sale collection only. Sale excludes Gift Vouchers, Value Packs & Bundles, Refill Starter Kits and any out-of-stock items. If the offer is not shown in the Cart, conditions have not been met. Discounts cannot be added to orders after they have been placed or outside of the promotion period. Discount Codes cannot be stacked with Gift Vouchers or MooCoin Rewards. The MooGoo AfterPay threshold is $80.00 after adding any discounts and shipping. Cancellations will not be accepted within the sale period. Should you wish to cancel, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.

Win Your Order Back | Social Media Giveaway

*Giveaway open to Australian orders only. Entrants must be aged 18+. To enter, simply: Make a purchase during the Moo Friday Sale, comment your order number on the official pinned giveaway post (on Instagram or Facebook) and follow @moogooskincare on the matching platform. The giveaway is open from 12:00am Monday, 10 November to 11:59pm Saturday, 15 November AEST 2025. Five bonus winners will be drawn from the Early Access Sale, and each day thereafter five winners will be randomly selected from the comments on our giveaway posts on Instagram and Facebook. In total, 35 winners will each receive a full refund of their order. Early Access Winners will be contacted the following day via our official MooGoo Skin Care email. Sale Winners will be contacted the following day via our official MooGoo Skin Care Instagram or Facebook accounts. We will never ask for personal financial information such as credit card details. When does the sale start and end?

Our Moo Friday Sale is live from Monday, November 10 - Saturday, November 15 (a total of 6 days). 

 

How much is the sale discount?

We're offering a 25% discount for Moo Friday! Please keep in mind that there are a couple of exclusions, and this can not be stacked with any other discounts or vouchers.

 

Why can't I ship with express shipping?

We have temporarily removed the express shipping option throughout our Moo Friday Sale period. During these busy periods, offering express shipping can cause delays to our standard orders. We want to make sure all of our orders are being dispatched as quickly as possible for everyone. 

 

How long is express shipping unavailable for?

Express shipping will be unavailable for the whole Moo Friday Sale period (10 Nov - 15 Nov). We will keep this shipping option switched off until our warehouse team is up to date and we can confidently offer an express service. 

 

Will Moothpaste be available in the sale?

Sadly, our standard Moothpaste will not return in time for Moo Friday. However, we do have our Odd Bunch Moothpaste available at a discounted rate.

 

Can I use other codes or vouchers?

As we are currently offering a massive 25% discount for our Moo Friday Sale, this sadly means that we are unable to offer further discounts. Other discounts and vouchers, including MooCoins, Birthday vouchers and welcome offers can’t be used during this time. We recommend keeping these handy, as you will be able to use them for your next purchase. 

 

Where is my order?

Our Moo Friday Sale has brought a huge surge in orders, which has led to some delays in dispatch. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please know that our warehouse team is going above and beyond, working extended hours and weekends to get orders out as quickly as possible. We’ve also hired as many additional staff as our space allows to help keep up with the demand. Your understanding during this busy time means a lot to us.

 

When is tracking available for my order?

If tracking is unavailable, it means that your order is still in the pick and pack stage and hasn’t been dispatched. We apologise for the delay and truly appreciate your patience!

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders during our sale period, we aren’t able to process order cancellations at this time. Once you receive your order, we’ll be more than happy to arrange a return at our expense.

 

Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders during our sale period, we’re unable to accommodate any changes to your order once placed. 

Once you receive your order, we’d be more than happy to arrange a return for any items you no longer need, and we’ll take care of the expense for you. 

 

Can I use MooCoins with my order during the sale?

We understand how handy MooCoins are, but unfortunately, they can’t be redeemed in conjunction with our Moo Friday discount. 

The good news is that you can still use your MooCoins on your next purchase! If you’d like, we can also reimburse them back onto your MooGoo account so you don’t have to keep track of the code. Just let us know what works best for you!

 

Why do I still have to pay for shipping after the discount brings my order value below $50? 

We’re sorry, sadly, our free shipping threshold is based on the final order total after any discounts, so in this case, the discount brought the total just below the limit.

If you’d like, adding a small extra item could help you reach the free shipping minimum next time. We recommend stocking up, as we don’t do these kinds of discounts often. 


Can I change my delivery address if my order hasn't been shipped yet?

We sure can! Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone to arrange an address change. Once finalised, please ignore the address on your shipping confirmation email. Although the old address will still appear in that communication, rest assured that it has been manually changed, and your order will be sent to the correct address you have provided.

 

Can I change my delivery address if my order has been shipped?

We do apologise, your order has been shipped, meaning we are unable to change the address. We recommend requesting redirection through Australia Post. You can do this by enquiring online, using their live chat function, or calling 13 POST (13 7678). 

 

I ordered before the sale, can I have the discount applied to my order now?

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to see a sale go live right after placing an order, especially during a big event like Moo Friday. We always try to give customers a heads-up when a sale is coming, so everyone has the chance to plan their purchases, and we're really sorry if the timing didn’t work out this time. This year, we promoted the sale on social media beginning two weeks before the official launch. We also sent out sign-up links. We run this sale annually around the same time every year to keep it consistent for our customers. 

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to refund the difference, as the sale prices are only available during the promotion period. We truly appreciate your understanding and your support.

 

Why did I not receive a free gift?

We love including gifts whenever we can, but they aren’t something we can offer with every order, sadly! 

 

Can I use Afterpay?

Afterpay is only available on orders over $80. If your order falls just below that, it might explain why the option isn’t showing.

 

Can I redirect my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address on our end. We recommend contacting Australia Post to request redirection. You can do this by enquiring online through their website, using their live chat function, or calling 13 POST (13 7678). They will be able to assist you with updating the delivery.
