Shipping and online orders
Ordering MooGoo online
Click on the product buttons at the top left of each page for our online shopping. We usually post items within a day of receiving the order.
Australia: We post orders for $6.90 anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. Orders to WA, NT and SA we ship in express bags to ensure you get your order within 3 days. Large orders or gift boxes will go via Australia Post which can take between 3-5 days.
New Zealand: We send MooGoo across the ditch by Australia Post Airmail for $9.90
Other Countries: To most countries we dispatch orders within 24 hours by Express Airmail via airmail and it arrives with 5-10 days. Like our Australian and New Zealand customers, we subsidize the postage cost so that it doesn't cost much at all. We use a low flat rate, with a small surcharge for our Milk Shampoo, Cream Conditioner and Milk Wash due to the weight of these items for airmail.
Malaysia and Ireland have their own passionate MooGoo people and their own website (Paul in Ireland, Sabrina, Annie and team in Malaysia). Please use their websites to order from these countries or let us know if you have any problems.

Payment can be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visa), Paypal, or direct deposit using internet banking.

Orders over $50 are tracked however if your order is over $50 but you opt for it to be left at your doorstep and don’t sign for it, then we can’t offer tracking.
Please note if your order is over $50 and you opt out of shipping- then cannot be responsible if packages go missing.
MooGoo has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact via phone or email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. From there we can arrange to have the products return to us. This should be done within 60 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
All information provided to MooGoo is kept confidential and used simply for the processing of your orders. No emails or personal information is provided to any third party.
For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details. They are sent directly to our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.
