Thankyou for your message and yes you have answered my email and sent samples which I received gratefully and so have many of my patients. The chemist next door to our practice has now stocked the products and all of my patients are buying them and all have never felt better. I have a 16 year old girl who had eczema and for all her life her mother has tried one product after another and the girl put up with itching, bleeding and infection at times, she became isolated and dropped out of school because of stress and bullying because of her condition. Her mother came in this week with her daughter who for the first time is free of itch and the angry rash and has only some pale pink marks on her skin. She is glowing and happy and her mother could not thank me and hug me enough- tears and many tears have been shed in happiness. So I send the hugs to you. This is only one story of many happy patients and the chemist is having to make bigger orders to keep up with the demand.

You always take a bit of a punt when you order stuff online. You wonder if the product will come, if it will be in good condition and finally if it does really work. I took my chances and I can proudly say the Eczema and Psoriasis cream is an awesome product. My skin is healing really quickly.

Everything about your company just makes sense. Where do we start. Most Importantly your products work, you delivered on time, you gave me a small bonus of MSM Cream with a smile drawn on the invoice (everyone loves bonuses), you label your ingredients clearly (active, excipient and preservative) and have a memorable funky company name. You guys just keep getting tick swooshes in the right places.

I truly respect how your company is doing the best thing for its customers.

My baby son Zane has suffered from eczema since he was around 8 weeks old. He is 9 months old now and we have finally discovered Moogoo! We've tried so many other organic products and of course all the anti-inflammatory creams but Moogoo is our solution! I've just received my second order of the eczema and psoriasis cream and msm smoothing cream. I've been using both products on his skin 3-4 times per day and we finally have the eczema under control. Thank you for such a great product! Zane loves it too... He attacked the container while I was getting his dinner ready. I've attached the photo so you can see for yourself, it certainly made us all laugh at home.

( We use edible natural oils in our creams, not Paraffin Oil (Petroleum Oil) used in Sorbolene and many pharmacy creams. But we still don't suggest this as our creams look better than they taste.)

I'm so sorry for only getting back to you now. I just wanted to let you know that we have had great success using the moogoo products on my childrens eczema!  My 2yo sons has cleared up, with no signs that he ever had any, and his was quite bad, particularly behind his knees and around his ankles. My daughter's is still dry looking around her face, but she tends to forget to put the creams on, but the redness is gone, which is a huge improvement for her.I am so happy to have found that my local chemist stocks a lot of your products, so I bought some more of them from there. I also bought the shampoo, as I now have a new baby and the first thing I noticed, is that after just one use of your shampoo, my 2 year old and my baby's cradle cap is completely cleared up, and they both had quite thick cradle cap.I didn't do anything other than wash their hair with the Moogoo. I didn't even try and comb away the cradle cap, it has just disappeared in the week after I washed their hair. Thankyou again for sending on the samples, I really appreciate it, and I will continue to use your products for my children, as they haven't reacted to them at all, and they really do seem to be a '[edited due to regulations*]' product!

I actually just wanted to say that I have suffered from very dry skin especially on my face and head and I started using the Moo Goo shampoo and conditioner and it cleared my dry skin in a couple of washes. I recently ran out and had forgotten to get more and I used a normal shampoo and within a couple of days my dry scalp was back. Ive actually recommended Moo Goo to lots of people because it has done such a fantastic job for super sensitive skin. Im also really excited to see the skin care range. Im quite allergic to normal skin care products and havnt used any for about 3 months so when I go to buy my shampoo I will also be buying the skin care products. HI Everyone at Moo Goo.

I can’t recall ever writing to a company before but this is important. My daughter (aged 22) has been using Moo Goo for several weeks after a recommendation from a friend.  She has suffered her whole life with psoriasis. I have seen such an outstanding change in her skin that I tried it too.  I loved it of course.

Yesterday we received our second order (the first coming from local health food shop and this one from your on-line store).  (The on-line order worked very well by the way).
In this order I received a sample pot of your MSM Soothing cream. If I could jump down this computer and kiss you I would.  At 46 I believed that I would be forever with red itchy and break out skin. My whole life has been spent trying every product on the market.

At  8.30 I unpacked our order.  At 9.30 I cleansed my red spotty itchy face with my new oil cleanser, applied the soothing cream, applied my Double Cream and went to bed.  This morning I woke to a face I have not seen since I was a child.  The red is gone, all gone.  The spots are smaller, much smaller (almost gone), and no itch.  What’s more I swear I have 90% less wrinkles.  My skin has a real creamy complexion and is soft to touch.  This morning in my staff meeting at work 3 of my colleagues came to me, individually,  and asked if I had been and had a treatment, and how long will it last.   I intend to go to work tomorrow make up free.

Hi all you hard working MooGoo people [Ed:True that!]

For over 10 years my husband Terry has suffered from psoriasis on the scalp, which was both embarrassing and very itchy. We have spent many dollars on many different chemicals which was against my belief and I hated using these on Terry's poor scalp. None of these chemicals did much to alleviate the problem.
We received our first order a few days ago of Eczema and Psoriasis Balm which Terry used immediately and the difference is unbelievable. No itching, redness or unsightly 'snow storm' on his collar. He is also using the Milk Shampoo and his hair feels wonderful. I decided to try the shampoo this morning and my scalp felt soothed and my hair, healthy.
Thank you for a very well researched product and for explaining the difference between "active ingredients" and "excipient ingredients". We are happy at MooGoo being Proudly Australian and is made using natural ingredients.

Thank you also for the sample of moisturising cream which was gratefully received. We are coming to Queensland for 2 weeks within the next few days so maybe we will be able to visit you and load up with more unbelievable but true products.
