Ordering MooGoo online
Click on the product buttons at the top left of each page for our online shopping. We usually post items within a day of receiving the order.
Australia: All Australian orders under $80 will incur a $6.90 flat rate shipping charge. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment and sent via Australia Post. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 working days.
New Zealand: We send MooGoo across the ditch by Australia Post Airmail for $9.90
Other Countries: To most countries we dispatch orders within 24 hours by Express Airmail via airmail and it arrives with 5-10 days. Shipping charges start with a low rate and increases depending on how heavy the final order is.
If you are from the UK, US, Malaysia, Ireland, South Africa or other European countries, we have a local team of passionate MooGoo people with their own website (Paul in Ireland, Sabrina, Annie and team in Malaysia). Please use these websites to order from these countries for the best shipping rates and quickest delivery. Let us know if you have any problems!

Payment can be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visa), Paypal, Afterpay or direct deposit using internet banking.
What is AfterPay?
AfterPay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online and in-store shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $80, you pay 4 instalments of $20. There is no additional cost to use AfterPay so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and you will receive your order straight away.
What if I want to return part of my order, when using AfterPay?
Once a refund has been processed by the retailer it will automatically come through to us and once we process it, show up in your payment plan.
Now – here’s where it gets a bit complicated, so pay attention!
Our system will adjust your payments from your last instalment backwards. This means your final payment might be reduced to zero, but the rest of your payments stay the same. Our systems cannot spread the new purchase price out evenly across your four payments or across the remaining payments.

Orders over $50 are tracked however if your order is over $50 but you opt for it to be left at your doorstep and don’t sign for it, then we can’t offer tracking.
Please note if your order is over $50 and you opt out of tracking - then cannot be responsible if packages go missing.
MooGoo has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact via phone or email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. From there we can arrange to have the products return to us. This should be done within 60 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
All information provided to MooGoo is kept confidential and used simply for the processing of your orders. No emails or personal information is provided to any third party.
For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details. They are sent directly to our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.
